Important Terms and Conditions
- All civil work, cylinder connection, electrical, plumbing - to be arranged by the franchisee.
- Franchise model: FOFO - Franchisee Owned and Franchisee Operated. The franchisee is responsible for staffing, management and administration of the shop.
- NO ROYALTY, NO COMMISSION!! - Franchisee need not pay any royalty to the Franchisor for their sale
- Franchisee owner and the staff must come to Namakkal/Coimbatore to get trained on the preparation processes.
- Price of beverages to be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
- Franchisee is required to sign an agreement containing the detailed terms and conditions, confirming the undertaking of the franchise.
- Franchisee must order coffee/tea and other raw materials that are used to prepare beverages from the franchisor on a regular basis. They would be delivered to the franchisee upon payment. No credit.
- It is preferred to prepare snacks such as vada, bonda live at the shop. Otherwise, local vendors delivering snacks like samosa/puffs can be engaged. They can either be arranged by the franchisee or shall be arranged by the franchisor based on town/city.
